Bailey Roofing is always on top of things and recently we have welcomed Alex Clarke and Charlie Bitwoit to the Bailey MK family, more specifically Bailey Roofing. Alex joins us as a Project Manager and Charlie as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
Meet Alex Clarke – Project Manager at Bailey Roofing.
Alex is an experienced Contract and Area Manager with a long history of working in the construction industry. Confident and skilled in budgeting, specifications, valuations and installations in a coordinating and managerial role. Alex is a very knowledgable roofing professional who graduated from University in Southampton and he has many endorsements including new business development. In conclusion, he is an ideal person to take care of our clients new and old. Welcome to the team Alex.
Meet Charlie Bitowt – Quantity Surveyor/Estimator at Bailey Roofing.
Charlie entered the roofing industry straight from university as a qualified Quantity Surveyor and worked in that job role for 3 years. With great experience under his belt, he became a freelancer as a building estimator. Years on, his knowledge and expertise gave him the ability to price one-off refurbishments to large commercial projects for a wide variety of clients. With great communication, negotiation and team-building skills we know Charlie is just what Bailey Roofing needs. Welcome to the team Charlie.
We have stars in the making...
After much success with our apprentices Daniel Coulthard, Charlie Territt and Connor McCaffrey achieving their NVQ Level 2, we’ve decided to take on four new apprentices.
We would like to welcome Harry Wood, Bailey Carter Demetriades, Brandon Wood and James Turnball to Bailey Roofing and we wish them an enjoyable journey whilst they become qualified.
We want to say a special well done to Daniel Coulthard who won ‘Apprentice of the Year’ at the Eastern Region Training Group back in February. He couldn’t have done this without the support and leadership from Matthew Quinn who is a Contracts Manager here at Bailey MK and recently received his certificate for an NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision. Great job Matt.
