We have three generations of roofing expertise...
Bailey MK was originally known as Bailey Roofing. It was established in 1978 and has been offering services throughout the Milton Keynes area for decades.
Tim Bailey set up Bailey Roofing with the support of his father-in-law, Ken Page. Ken had been working for Hall and Co, another roofing company based in Milton Keynes. With his help, Tim was able to take the new business from strength to strength.
Today, our team includes more than 30 operatives, all managed under the watchful eye of Nathan Bailey, Tim’s son, who now runs the company. Nathan has worked for Bailey Roofing since 1999 and he took over as Managing Director of the family business in 2013. As it expanded, he renamed it Bailey MK to reflect that it now covers building works of many types.
Tim still plays a major part in the company. He works as a surveyor on domestic jobs and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, as well as every project he works on.
