Bailey Roofing stripped and re-roofed a home in Bedfordshire.
Work began with the old concrete tiles being stripped off and replaced with Marley Eternit tiles – a fibre-cement alternative to natural slate.
Timber work was required on the roof, as it had a bow, and Bailey Roofing had to add the new fascias and soffits before the new external wall cladding went on. A low-level roof with Velux windows was installed, and the project also included an external wall render of the whole property and replacement windows and doors. The result was a beautiful home that was unrecognisable from the original.
